Everyone kept blaming a “3rd party delivery team” and had no answers to anything. It was “on its way” multiple times only to be cancelled because it was not in yet. Terrible communication and customer service on Lowe’s part. They have a big problem on their hands, in my circle of coworkers and friends, not very many of them have good things to say about Lowe’s anymore. And now they can add me to that list. I will only purchase appliances from Metro going forward. At least there they don’t lie to you and you can actually speak to a human when you call to get answers.

Nobody offered to assist helping out of 4 people standing around with a load nearly a pallet full of merchandise when requesting a forklift it was dismissed (earlier and then) a response like that would make it easier but no action to provide assistance loading or the forklift. Short story customer service could improve from what was experienced… Casey who is always amazing here could definitely mentor associates on this …. Left the pallet needing to be returned at the door after finishing loading from earlier run…
