Which we said no there weren’t any… to which he then went to the back and found us a whole box ! Thanks Shawn! You made my moms day!

The associate put the wrong fridge on our initial order - luckily we caught that mistake after reviewing things that evening and were able to fix that but now our items are not expected to deliver until 2 weeks after our purchase date and are being told by fulfillment that they have not received the items we purchased (so they weren't in fact in store like we were told?) - I've tried multiple times to reach a manager to discuss but am always put on hold for 20+ minutes without ever reaching them. This has been a more than frustrating experience because we specifically needed these items quickly - I would have purchased elsewhere had the associate been upfront about availability.
