He suggested having Miles come out to have different eyes and ideas. Miles was on time and also listened to us, and brought the samples we selected and more. When we went back to the store to review Miles' design, we fell in love with it, his choices and layout. We made the decision to purchase almost immediately. I was able to find exactly what I wanted with no pressure. The only reason I'm taking off a star is for the delivery experience. I was given a 3-hour window which came and went - I finally got a call from them one minute after the expected time window. So the truck drivers arrived late, and they lowered my sofa 4 feet down from the truck bed by hand and let it rest on its arm, rather than using the platform on the truck to lower it. Luckily no damage issues. It was also basically impossible to communicate with the drivers, due to a language barrier. Other than the less-than-perfect delivery experience, I am very happy with my purchase and the experience I had with the workers in the showroom.
