Staff are unsure where items are located, although the young ones did try. I went in looking for a type of drinking insulated mug with handle and straw that I had been gifted at Christmas time and I wanted an ordinary everyday one. I ended up being sent all over the store because they have them scattered everywhere. If you have the opportunity to shop elsewhere for your items, I recommend you go there. I do not experience this as the type of store that Jesus would have promoted. They lack kindness, humility, customer service; they are not welcoming and I've actually found them to be judgmental.
