Rather than assisting they appeared irritated and unwilling to help, which created a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience as a customer. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service—should be professional, courteous, and supportive. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve both service speed and customer interaction moving forward.
