    Anthony was helpful, patient and made my purchase go seamlessly. The inventory there was extensive and he explained the differences clearly without trying to lead me into a more costly purchase. He completed the purchase paperwork efficiently, answering all of my questions. I would return to this store whenever I am looking for furniture.

    We have purchased furniture from here for as long as I can remember. We have generally pleased, but our last experience buying 2 leather couches has been awful. We purchase the couches, have them delivered, buy the warranty, the whole bit. 2 couches ended up being just under 6k. We immediately start having issues with one of the couches. The power recline seems to be”bind” when reclined, and the headrest works intermittently. No problem, I got the warranty right? WRONG! The warranty only covers the material, not the mechanical. It was however covered under the manufacturer warranty…….they didn’t want to come out to figure out exactly what was wrong, and said “it’s either the motor or the switch”. Being mechanically inclined, I knew better……but they weren’t hearing it. They insisted on ordering both a switch and motor, and assured me that was going to fix the problem…….now hold onto your seat……they ship the parts from overseas (Vietnam, I assume) and the only way to get them is on a shipping container that takes 3 MONTHS!!!!! I wait patiently, parts arrive, and they have me take a day off work for a guy to come fix it. They call me the day before to confirm the appointment. I wait around all day for the dude to show up, and he finally calls an hour after the latest time he was to arrive and says “I can’t make it today. I don’t know how to install these parts, and I want to go back to the store, learn how, and come back tomorrow”……..what a joke. Dude finally comes out and installs parts, and guess what……doesn’t fix the couch. So order a new mechanism that will take ANOTHER 3 MONTHS!!!! Time has come and gone again, over 2 weeks past the projected date of arrival……and still no parts. In the last 2 years I have spent over 10k in furniture here, and that may not be much to them, but it won’t be happening again. STAY FAR AWAY, or pray you don’t have issues!

    The salesman greatest us immediately when we walked in, let us know a little about the store then just let us look around for a while which we loved! He checked on us several times and answered any questions quickly. We bought a nice recliner for my husband but accidentally got home without the power cord. Stanley our salesman quickly respond to us after we text him and let us know he would have a power coed ready for us to pick up. I appreciated his quick response! We will be back again! Great selection also!! Thank you!!

    Well, as of tight now this is the rating they get... I'm still waiting for my couch to come and its been months ( as in 2 + months and still waiting with not a couch in sight for another month or two maybe?) they say they will update you but they don't. When you contact them for some updates and I bit of understanding they dont seam bothered that your waiting for your couch for 2 months and still looks to be another 2 months before they know where it is or when it will come. I should have bought it somewhere else...
