I'm giving them 3 stars because they decided twice in a row to raise our rent on a 10x10 unit by double. The first time went from $80 to around $180. The one gentleman was able to help us out and dropped it to $120. I figured it might have been a fluke in the system and didn't think much of it. Now, it happened again (a few months after the first increase) where they wanted to charge us around $220 for the same unit. The person we spoke to was much less willing to help and said that she could drop it a little but it was just going to go up again later. So, I found a the same size unit indoors somewhere else for $93. I've never had this type of experience with them before and would've stayed longer if they were reasonable but there is no way I'm going to spend $220 when I can spend $93.
