Great experience- we appreciated Regina’s help getting the best design for our window. The blind was received earlier than we expected and installation scheduled quickly. Jackson’s installation and instruction on the remote took less than 30 minutes. Overall we’re very pleased with our first purchase from Budget Blinds and will certainly call them with any future needs.

From Jerry, to Joy and especially Jackson. The whole bunch has been a joy, courteous, very helpful through the whole experience.
We will definitely be back for more blinds in the future.

Working with Budget Blinds was a great experience all the way around. Jerry was great and recommended the product we needed in the color we wanted! The installation was also great, very quick and very professional.
My wife and I worked with Jerry and his team and we absolutely love the new blinds we just had installed in our home. There was a manufacturer's error with some of the blinds for one of our room - but Budget Blinds worked with the manufacturer to get it all corrected (so we didn't have to) and came back out to install again. Really appreciated working with them.

This company has been a nightmare to work with, I had them come out and measure a new build. They sent me out an estimate. The estimate said review and approve. I did that and I sent it back three months later when the house is about to be complete I contacted them and asked if we were still set up to have the mini blinds put in my home. It was in an entire home new build so $4000 worth of mini blinds. They said they didn’t have any invoice for me at all now I’m moving into a new home. I have paid them in full and I have no Blinds. I will be in my new build home for over two weeks without any window treatment. I cannot urge people enough to stay away from this company. Also, you cannot get the phone number or the name of the actual owner. You can only work with the office lady. The reason I don’t have Blinds is quite simple. They sent the wrong invoice to me originally three months ago they sent a review and approve estimate which I immediately did and returned not an approved and pay for I was not aware you paid for the blinds prior to having them installed. I assumed I pay for them once they were installed never questioned that at all buyer beware.
