- MPMisty PottsOct 29, 20161.0The customer service sucks. When going over the contract they failed to say that the washer and dryer would only be delivered if they can verify the landlord. Well my landlord doesn't answer numbers they do not know. So instead of calling to let me know they would not be delivering the items at 3 pm as promised I had to call them at 3:30 to figure out what was going on. Nobody helped us look at the washer and dryer's. Was not even acknowledge by anyone until we went to the counter to start the application process (mind you we had already done this online but they couldn't access that.) Then when the manager was supposed to be going over the contract with us the only thing he said anything about was the late fee. Then just had us sign. Then we wanted to pay bi weekly and use our $25 off coupon he tried to over charge us. The monthly amount was $90 with tax if you divided that in 2 it would be $45 take off the $25 it is $20 he instead wanted $61.97 this company is a joke. I am getting my money back today and taking my business elsewhere.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
