Spent 10 minutes talking on the phone to someone explaining what button he was pushing while someone told him what to do....and then told me my 6 year old washer (which barely agitates and now spins loud) has so many issues I should buy a new one. Surely not everyone who's washer starts sounding louder when spinning and agitating all have to get new ones? Ive never had a service person in 30 years of home ownership NOT tell me what the problem was and give an estimate. just a simple ....oh ya, lots wrong, just buy new that's $100.

Was trying to get flooring replaced but they were always having "car trouble" so they had to reschedule or would be HOURS late. 3x and over a month of dragging feet. Use someone else. (Contracted with them thru Lowes FYI )
