Topeka Lowe's has the worst customer service. Called to talk to a manager about a repair. I was on hold for over 18 min. They would just pick up the phone and put me back on hold. Then some manager named Scott picked up, said hello hello and then hung up. The absolute worst time trying to talk to anyone let alone a manager in that store. Horrible customer service
