Unfortunately when I had a warranty issue they were unable to help me locally and wanted me to call 800 number. This was a good reminder to buy from local retailers that will be there when something goes wrong.

There were no prices on the items that I wanted to purchase so I honestly just wanted a price but the gentleman that was working that day was not concerned he did not offer to help, and as I was even leaving, and I was disappointed that there were no prices on the items I wanted to purchase. He didn’t even even seem to care that I left. It was very disappointing experience and I will never go there again. Customer service is the most important thing for a business to have an unfortunately Leslie pools does not have that
