As I was checking out an older lady who was an employee was chewing out the two young gentlemen on the cash registers. She did all of this in front of other customers telling them about “good customer service”. I didn’t think that was good customer service yelling at them in front of customers. I didn’t see any problem with these two young men, the only problem I saw was with her. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I'm not sure I want to go back to this location.
