    In the last few months I have purchased 2 refrigerators, 2 washers, 1 dryer from the Shawnee Kansas Lowe's store. The sales person said that I was getting Lowe's points for each purchase. I waited for the items to show up in my Lowe's Reward account. They never have! I stopped at the store today(12/22/25) and talked to the Assistant Manager at the Help Desk. He looked up my information and informed me that my purchases were not assigned to my Rewards Account. They stated "I" had not linked the items to my Lowe's Reward Account and asked me to bring my Sales Receipts to the store. I told the Assistant Manager that he has the information on his computer to make the correction. He told me that "it would be easier with the Sales Receipts. At this time I was so mad that I left the store.

    Trying to call to talk to an associate because the AI is useless and when you ask for an associate it hangs up on you. Absolutely ridiculous.

    The woman that answered the phone at the customer service desk around 8pm 11/28 was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Instead of asking what we needed she responded with “What about it?” when my son asked about the blue buckets on this Black Friday. Her demeanor in general was disgusting. When a Customer has a question you ask questions to gain knowledge of what they need. You speak in a polite manner no matter how long your day has been.

    I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Walter. He has been my go to person for everything paint related. I recently just purchased my first home and didn’t not know where to start with paint. At first I was stand-off ish because I was a female in what felt like man territory and let me tell you that man took care of me as if I was his own daughter he told me what I should buy, picked out all the tools for me and explained how I should got about painting. Head it not been for him I don’t know if I would have been able to complete the task at hand. Not to mention I had to go to Lowe’s 3 different times in one day. The first time like I said he helped me get everything I need and then had me pull my car up and personally loaded it for me. I returned a second time he was on lunch and asked Jose to assist me and let me say I left with nothing because Jose didn’t bother to care enough to help me with what I needed. So I returned the third time because I knew Walter break was over and just like that again, Walter got right to the point and helped me and even had me pull my car up to help load again. Now every trip for the past two days has been canceled I please just speak with Walter because he gets me without me saying what I need, because let’s me honest when you are walking in new territory you never know what you need. Hands down so blessed and thankful for Walter being there that day. I painted my first home!
