I was in Lowe’s this morning and was loading 40# bags of patch and seal off a pallet under a rack while 2 employees stood and watch this 68 year old man struggling to get in and out from under the rack. That’s the customer that will have me going to Menards from now on. Also there new policy to take pictures of my drivers license every time is opening a door for someone to still my identity.
