    Manager Isiah wouldn’t refund gifts to store credit despite proof of purchase. Guy was rude for no reason, outlined a “loophole” really just Lowe’s policy, then said he wouldn’t do it. I’ll spend my money at Home depot moving forward.

    I purchased materials for a deck last year and signed up for the pro rewards account to go with the purchase. The delivery was delayed a few weeks in to November, which was fine. The problem is my rewards points were then in a pending state and were never distributed to my account. I asked customer service if i could finally receive those points but they said they are now expired and they cannot load them for me. How do they expire if i never receive them? it is about $30 in points. Not a big number, but since the pro rewards system doesn't work and customer service cannot help me i'm disconnecting my Lowes pro rewards account.

    I ordered a microwave from Lowe’s. We are doing a whole home remodel. When the contractor opened the box to install the microwave, it was broken…shattered. I called Lowe’s customer service. The lady was very nice, but she told me that because the 48 hour window had passed it was their policy that I would have to deal with Sharp. Lowe’s would not make it right. Therefore, I will no longer give Lowe’s any business.
