I had the most horrible experience today. I've come here all the time. This has been my local Lowe's and I've made some friends here--maybe because we couldn't find any help? I saw this lady dazed and wandering around in the doorknob isle. I said, "I guess there's no one here to help?" She said she's lost too and didn't know where the screws and nails are. I took her down 3 isles and she said, "Thanks. YOU should work here!" Now, I've been here for 30 minutes. The guy who came by said he knows nothing about doorknobs and can ask the doors and windows guy to help if he knows any other solution to help me. Doors and Windows guy was helping another customer. Twenty minutes later, I went over to ask if he can help me when he's done. He said, "Yes," he'll be there. But he never came. Frustrated an hour and a half later, I stepped into the front isle and asked for a manager. The guy who crossed the isle was able to answer my question. He did apologize and say that they were short staffed. After he left, I has another question. No one was able to answer me. Even customer service said, "Call the manufacturer and ask them your question." I called Mexico from the label but Verizon said the number is not working? This place seems to always be short-staffed. When I come here, I'm usually walking around trying to find something. That's what I find myself consumed with when I shop here. I ended spending 3 hours here today for 3 items. I won't be coming back unless I absolutely have to.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
