    I’d like to leave a message for Garden center manager Nick. My husband and I picked up mulch in the 95 and metcalf store. I want to mention I could only find one person to help me with mulch. But the person I did find was awesome. Dean was helpful and knowledgeable someone should notice his outstanding service. We purchased a lot of mulch there weren’t any trolleys, Dean was kind and helpful helping us with a make do situation. I also want to mention the checkout person had a lot of trouble with the checkout. The person or the register? It was painful to watch.

    We really like going to this store, but my experience with the Lowe's Pro Sales team was great. When I walked up, you could tell this was not my comfort zone. Toni Friend was extremely helpful as i told her what the contractor had listed for me to order. She walked me through everything, and even recommended some items that my contractor forgot to include. Great experience, and if you need to work with the Pro Sales Team, ask for Toni Friend.

    I ordered a fridge from Lowes.com, so I don’t have many public options for voicing a complaint. I paid for delivery, installation, and haul away of my old fridge. The delivery drivers wouldn’t touch the old fridge because it had a copper line (even though it had an 1/4in threaded connector.) They left the fridge in my garage and marked it as delivered, installed, and old fridge hauled (marked completed.) They said they would return the next day- their window is 12hrs which gets reduced to 4 the night before. Anticipate reserving the entire day. The delivery driver said they would return the next day after 4 when I could get off work… then I get a notice in the evening that they scheduled to come back from 9-1. Frustrated, I called and was informed they do not take delivery time requests and schedule based off optimal delivery. All this to say- they expect you to keep a 12hr window available for delivery and will not accommodate reasonable requests outside of their own agenda. They also refused to refund the delivery, installation, and haul away fees. I hope this can help someone make an informed decision on whether or not to buy from Lowes. This is the second time I have had issues with them- shame on me for being fooled again.

    I go here regularly, but the customer service is what's warranting the 1 star. I purchased an item online that I noticed was the wrong price, I cancelled the item and they sent a gift card back. The gift card was loaded with nothing. I am out $50, been on customer service chat for ages. And when I go in store, the manager Lisa has all the evidence in her hands, but will still do nothing about it. So I'm stuck in a circle of customer service telling me to go in store and the manager telling me to call. Lisa was not reasonable, personable, or willing to help in any shape or form. In fact the employee at the register was at least willing to give me more information that will help my future customer service calls. I would love to give this place a higher rating because theyve always been great.
