- MPMarcos PinheiroApr 6, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the service at this storage facility. My trailer was taken from inside my rented space without my authorization, moved, and damaged. This happened inside their property, under their responsibility. After reporting the situation, I received no assistance, no support, and no effort to resolve the issue. It is unacceptable that something like this can happen in a supposedly secure storage, and the management does nothing to help the customer. Also, I noticed that during the registration process, they strongly push customers to leave a positive review, almost taking your phone to do it on the spot. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of their high ratings. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.
