He diagnosed me with $2500 in needed repairs urging me not to ever use the fireplace until I do it. Good thing there are reputable companies out there to get second opinions from. I consulted with 2 other companies and had multiple AI engines analyze the pics for good measure. My “ Stage three creosote buildup” turned out to be barely stage one soot. And my “unsafe smoke box” turned out to be just fine. I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if allowed.
