I expected a borescope camera from a professional licensed technician. I think I was short changed for sure. I suggest a different company I will not use united home services again. BUT I would like to add after I called and questioned their job skills the company did sent the same person back to my house two days later and he did inspect the chimney with a bore scope. I just wonder how many people pay and never question, are services really being rendered as advertised?
