There is not enough words of kindness how wonderful the staff at this location
I used the garden entrance. I was looking at the small pine trees for the holiday.
And the most wonderful awesome Barbara immediately put down the hose and she greeted me with a wonderful smile.
She informed me of the Norf folk little tree. She just didn’t tell me about them. She actually walked me inside the store and was pleasant in conversation the whole time.
because of her, I purchased one on my way out. I probably wouldn’t even notice them.
I was going to the section for custom order window shade.
I was greeted immediately by a wonderful, awesome young man(4740373) Sales person?
I left your store feeling happy to have such wonderful people care about me and it was honest happy associates that love their job!! Good job Lowe’s!!

Don't try to ever reach Customer Service. Rude and unhelpful and they will purposely put you on hold and not come back to the phone simply because they are done talking to you. Not sure what happened to that store. Used to be such a great place to buy materials.

I purchase two sets of Pella sliding glass doors from the Lowe’s at 95th & Metcalf, in Overland Park, KS, on May 26. The doors were installed by Lowe’s installer on September 25 (i.e., 4 months later), but Pella had left several parts out of the delivery package, and the installer didn't catch it until they were installing the doors. The installer told me they would get the parts and install them. On October 13 (i.e., 2 ½ weeks after it was discovered that parts were missing), Lowe's sent me an email saying the parts had been ordered. Today, I was told I am scheduled to have the missing parts installed on November 24 (i.e., 2 months after the doors were installed, and the parts were discovered missing). I consider that an unacceptably long time to wait for Lowe’s and its vendors to fix the problem they created.
