  This location would not let me return a necklace because it didn’t have original packaging. I never worn them but needed to take off the hanging tags to locate the clasp to see if they would work with my outfit. I somehow lost the tags. I had the original receipt from 2 days prior and they wouldn’t allow the return. No where on their website or at the bottom of the receipt does it say anything about packaging (unless it’s a sewing machine) It clearly states items can be returned WITH receipt within 90 days, which i did. They need to either update their system to provide picture of items for returns like mine, or update their return policy because this is ridiculous. It is 2026, you should not be having the employees type in sku numbers for purchases.

  Hobby lobby is already eliminating the penny and rounding up. Only credit cards and debit cards will save your money, but you will have more fees and costs! No service or help, wandering around trying to find someone who can help is frustrating. Even the people who work there are “stockers” with no idea where products are located or other information such as sales happening in the store. Same products are priced differently in different departments. Some cheaper teaching paints are less than the artist supply stores.
