    Alexis diagnosed our Samsung dryer, explained it to us, and provided a quote for the repair on Tuesday. He was back to install the replacement part by Friday. Alexis was friendly and professional. We're happy with Everyday Appliance!

    I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, waited half the day, called in for an ETA, just to find out the person scheduled to come out was off that day. Terrible customer service.

    The refrigerator side of our GE side-by-side quit working. The freezer was working fine. The fridge was about 90 degrees. We found Everyday Appliance on Angie's List. They were highly rated with great reviews. Called them and was able to arrange a convenient time to meet. The repairman came out and quickly diagnosed the problem (broken light switch - the light stayed on with the door closed). When he went to get the part from his truck, he wasn't pleased with how it was functioning. It worked, but not good enough. Even though he could have installed it and left, he said he didn't want to take a chance with it. He came back later that day with a part that functioned better. Here we are several days later and everything is working as expected. Highly recommend Everyday Appliance Repair.

    I called for a quick fix to our ten year old dryer to give us a few more months due to the fact we are moving from a house to an apartment. We expected him to say, I'll be there tomorrow with a cost of over $200 but he heard the noise and learned of our appliance then told us no repair was necessary since it would still work but get louder... which we could work with. He did not try to force his services on us and for a consumer that is huge to us and we will use him again if we ever have an appliance we need work on based on honesty and integrity alone! Thank you so so much!!!
