I am frustrated that when we have something scheduled and we are not home we do not get an update on if anyone has been out or what was done or found. I feel like we should not have to call in and ask the next day if anyone actually showed up to the house and what was done or what problems/no problems they found. One quick text or vm with the info would be nice confirmation.

Mike Jones has been faced with many issues at our pool and he is the key reason we stick with Banks as he always figures out the issue and resolves it. He is fantastic and knows his stuff.... and the people in the office are also always accommodating and help work us in to ensure we are taken care of. We are a happy Banks Customer!

However, this is a construction project, and it is more complexed than one might imagine. Monitor daily activity to stay in front of changes you want to make or installation that is not already thought out and discussed in detail, communicate with the owners, and be involved and you will get a good result. It's just like building a house. I know Roger Banks fairly well, and I believe he is a good man and they will give you a good build. Service post build to open and close the pool is solid.
