Our company was founded on March 1, 1951 as Cold Control Company. We are now in our 50th year of doing business. We started as a service company and did authorized A/C service for most manufacturers. This continued until 1973 when we purchased Arrow Appliance Parts. In 1978 we discontinued the service aspect of our business and the two companies merged to become Arrow Cold Control.
With our service background, we understand service issues and have tailored our business to solve your service problems and needs.
Now with our two locations in Kansas City, Kansas and Overland Park, Kansas, we cover all 48 contiguous states.

After buying a part and trying to return it after not using it, they denied my return because it was over 30 days despite me having the original packaging and receipt. When I looked at the receipt I realized that I was attempting to return it at 41 days. I explained that it was difficult for me to make it to the store because they open after I leave for work and close before I get home, but they wouldn't budge. Now I have a $55 part that I don't need.
