The way the store manager, I believe her name is Raven spoke to Kenya in front me and a few other customers was very alarming. She literally walks up yelling Kenya's name and begins to use very offense language and a very degrading tone. I'm glad my children were not in the store because I would never want them to think you can talk to people not only in a foul manner but very foul language. But to have all this take place in front customers is mind blowing !!!

We drove an hour to the store to find out they didn't have the item but showed 8 of them in inventory. Asked to talk to a manager that was 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything from them.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
