  I hate share the review but I should have paid attention more when I purchased my hot tub. I bought a used tub from Don and he had it delivered to my house. This is where the problem began. I was told the hot tub worked just fine. When I try to wire it up it had two stripped out electrical lugs. After talking with Don he said he would pick it up and give a credit towards another hot tub. I appreciated that he did that. But how did you have a tub running If the electrical lugs were stripped? We went to his show room and found a new floor model and was exited to get it. He swapped out the tub and life was supposed to be good. Yeah no. The lights didn't work on a new tub and was missing a trim piece.. But after doing some research the tub was 2 years old. Maybe sat on the show room floor. I am not sure. After talking to Don he seemed clueless. So I decided to reach out to the manufacture myself. Someone cut the wiring on the light and took the control light out. Don never once offered anything off or apologized. I just think he is in his own world and his tubs are cheap so he makes a living. I am thankful he did issue a credit but I would be very careful when getting a tub.

  After reading some of the negative reviews, I was reluctant to purchase from here. However, I had a fantastic experience through the education, shopping, buying, installation process. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with Don and team. He went above an beyond to get us set up correctly, including some extras.

  On 11/28/2022 I purchased a MAXX SPA Rendezvous Hot Tub from Don. I wanted the tub equipped with WIFI, OZONE and UV systems. I was told they all came from the factory equipped that way and I was really going to enjoy the tub. The tub arrived with a damage corner panel and one side panel was cracked. Pictures were taken and Don ordered the replacement parts. A week later I noticed a leak in the tub and called Don. He came out unprepared and without my help he would not have been able to temporarily repair the tub until the replacement parts were ordered. Two weeks later the replacement panels and repair parts for the leak had arrived and Don showed up. The tube was repaired but the replacement panel was damage in shipping. Don said he would get another one ordered. A couple of months went by and I didn't hear anything from Don. I sent him a text and he was evasive. after a few texts and phone calls he ghosted me totally. Finally I just gave up. Just a couple of months ago I got a replace the UV bulb indicator on my tub. Being summer I thought I would wait until changed the water for hot tub season. Well to my surprise the wire harness for the UV OZONE is there but there is no UV OZONE unit installed on my tub. I called the manufacturer and they put my in touch with the area representative. He dove in and contacted Don about the warranty panel and Don claimed it had been replaced when it had not. (shouldn't lie to your boss Don) The second replacement panel was ordered and shipped verified by the manufacturer. Still Don said he doesn't have it and the customer has been handled(GHOSTED). Don misrepresented the Tub's equipment or lied to me about what I was getting no WIFI OZONE or UV none zip zippo! Best thing that came from this is I was the final straw for MAAX SPAS who is firing him as a distributer over this and I hope Don reads this review. I might not have got what I paid for but Don won't be selling MAAX SPAS any more. OBTW BBB complaint filled. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH KC HOT TUB WAREHOUSE LLC.

  Terrible customer service. I called multiple times to try and make an appointment, with no answer and no response. I finally made an appointment online via their website. I showed up to my appointment, no one answered the door. I stood outside for over 10 minutes and knocked and called the office a couple times. Of course, no answer. I've never tried so hard to buy something from a business and clearly they have 0 interest in selling anything. Don't waste your time.
