(10min to close) Stood at fabrics for another 10 minutes while they paged Bianca to the cutting table then she gave me an attitude when she was passing by. I was staying polite and only said “hey I’m sorry they have been paging someone to cut this fabric for me for 10 minutes” she rolled her eyes and said “yeah okay one minute” and walked to the front where she exasperatedly said “Jenny can you come cut this fabric for me this lady said she’s been waiting 10 minutes but I’ve been in the bathroom” which I understand but maybe don’t do that within earshot of the customer. Then she continued to mean mug me until I left the store. I usually buy copious amounts of art supplies and fabric from HL because I’m an artist and make cloaks from scratch for people but I would rather order all my supplies online than deal with that again. Only giving it three starts because the other employees were nice.

This location had alot for everyone in the market for crafts, staff were outstanding, with customer service&ideas, and tried their best to accommodate my needs. Can you say loving it?
