You need a code to get anywhere close to the building, and once inside the gate there are security cameras everywhere. The staff has also been very attentive anytime I've had questions.

I had at least three price increases in the first 5 months over what I was told up front. I am actually being charged almost double what they claimed, and expecting there are going to be more increases coming so had to go through all the headache of moving my stuff back out to anther place. First they require you to buy their insurance at $20 to $40 extra a month. The site says you can get it else where but when you call to get details on what is required to qualify they can't or won't tell you. Then on the second month you will be informed what you agreed to was actually an introductory rate even though even though none of the emails they send you say anything about it being introductory. Then the notices start coming about the rate being raised just because they feel like it. In just five months already at double what they said it would be.

The staff was always responsive whenever I needed information and the most recent interactions were cordial and professional. For what I used it for it met my requirements.
