I have not been sleeping well for weeks with the cluster fly problem, but after discussing the situation and he explaining the methods/products he used, I have a renewed hope this pest will be gone soon. I would prefer only he treats this address going forward , thank you.

The Customer service center is no where near 5 stars but the techs we get sent to the house for our visit are always great. Haven't had a bad tech yet that didnt know what they were talking about or doing. The sign up and logging into our account and dealing with customer service was and is ridiculous but for now we are doing fine with our services. Jason was our most recent tech and he was great

We tried to cancel repeatedly, however they kept charging us. Do not give this company your business.

We recently moved into a place that we purchased. Every so often we will hear a massive scraping sound on the side of the house. When we go to inspect, an Aptive vehicle is parked in our driveway or in the street out front, and someone is spraying something along the sides of our house. The employees seem super confused as to why we come outside. We have informed them we don't require their services when they come, yet it has happened 3 times. We have 0 relations with this company.
