  People from this company keep coming onto our property unannounced to provide services we have not asked for, despite repeatedly telling them we have no business relationship with them. We recently moved into a place that we purchased. Every so often we will hear a massive scraping sound on the side of the house. When we go to inspect, an Aptive vehicle is parked in our driveway or in the street out front, and someone is spraying something along the sides of our house. The employees seem super confused as to why we come outside. We have informed them we don't require their services when they come, yet it has happened 3 times. We have 0 relations with this company.

  Great experience over the phone, but more importantly with the techs that came out to the house. Very polite and knowledgeable. They were thorough and complete, even including pictures with each visit.

  Pass service great, today service in the pass they text the night before to give you a window when they would be arriving, this current treatment I got no notification to indicate around what time. I never would have thought they would come before 8:00 am. And inside my home was not treated such as my basement, garage nor was the back area of my home was treated. The guy sent me pictures of where he treated the front and that made me aware he was here. I text him as he was pulling off to make him aware of the untreated area and that he came before 8:00. He left anyway so no I'm not happy with the service that I received today.

  I have had 2 poor customer service encounters with this company and I am not even a customer. The night that they were going door-to-door, they ignored my no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell after dark very late. Today they were treating my house instead of my neighbors (again not their customer). The technician was argumentative and very frustrated towards me about what house he was supposed to be at. I finally had to directly ask him to leave my property. He claimed the picture in their system was of my house, but when he showed me his phone, it was very much of my neighbors. We have the same color house, but different floor plans, and visible house numbers. Not much attention to detail of where he was supposed to be.
