The spray he used did ok but after it dried they were back and did not die. So now I have to find a way to keep after it myself. Also, the one time cost was redicusally expensive, $399+.

I have been given multiple incorrect email addresses and even a live agent was unable to confirm my cancellation. This is not customer friendly and is beginning to feel like a scam.
- RHRuss HatMar 20, 20265.0The Technician was very impressive, he took pictures of every treatment point in every area he treated. There was no doubt he was a quality conscious person. He recovered from our basement the bugs that were found dead from the previous treatment which was our first time, and reported that he found one male recluse spider, several centipedes. Our basement is a storage area so he obviously didn't rearrange the basement but he did check known hiding places. I would absolutely recommend this business, and if the tech guy ever quits I'll hire whoever he is reemployed by. People who put customer satisfaction priority number one are hard to find. Thank you Robert hope to see you next month and every month thereafter. Five Stars
