  $80 cancellation fee. I wasn’t informed until they charged me. They subcontracted out to an absurd degree of compartmentalization. The local locksmith had great customer service and got me rolling again with only minor damage to an already banged up company vehicle, but they had no clue what they were showing up to. Not Trucker approved

  This is the second time I have used KeyMe and both times I was totally satisfied that the key that was cut fit my car EXACTLY!!! I got two keys for less than the price of a blank UNCUT key price from the dealer. WOW!

  I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment early in the morning and when I called I was told someone would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I finally broke in through a window. Debating the cost of repairing a window or paying a locksmith, little did I know they made me pay a 29.00 service fee and no one even showed up. I called and canceled the service. The customer service on the phone was good but I will never recommend them to anyone after charging for a service that wasn’t even received.
