Talked to 4-5 different associates and no one knows how to operate the blind cutter. Customer service paged someone for blinds and no one ever showed up. They used to have a button that one can push to page someone, and that always worked well, cause someone had to respond or the intercom will continue to page them. I guess mgmt decided to get rid of the call button and now no one appears to be servicing this area anymore. Finally had to go up to self check out and have them page a supervisor to get someone to go back to cut the 1 blind. After an hr I finally got out of the store. I do want to mention that the self checkout lady, Hunter, was very helpful despite my bad mood at having to wait so long for 1 blind to be cut. She has very good customer service skills.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
