- JBJames Buchanan2 days ago5.0I decided to go to this Lowe’s to get a couple items that I needed today and they had both of them in stock exactly what I needed was quick and every employee that greeted me was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have would be at the entrance by the garden center. It was so busy when I arrived having to wait for people to walk across to enter the garden center, and then all the people looking at all the flowers and things sitting right outside the garden center made it so congested in that area. It took me forever to get through there to get parked.
- JJJAY&FAMApr 6, 20262.0SECOND BIG ISSUE WITH SHIPPING. There seems to be a major breakdown in communication between shipping and the sites used to shop online. We had an order for about a week or more with a delivery date for today April 6th with no further updates. I make arrangements to be here and noone calls to tell me there are delays. Last time I waited weeks and had to cancel my order for lumber and wood chipper. This time same lumber and wood chipper order over 4k and no call, Now DELAYED another week! My last order of Lumber was TRASH LUMBER- ALL THE LEFTOVER 2x4s very damaged even the driver looked surprised when I showed him. ID LOVE TO BE ABLE TO GET ONE ORDER EVEN HALF DECENT, AS DESCRIBED, AS I AM NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO MAKE THE PICKUP AS A DISABLED VET. This unacceptable and as expected, no real action will come of it as it appears to be a constant issue. Its like you have a 25% chance of getting your stuff and 50/50 it will be as expected. Ridiculous. Its pretty bad when the on location employees cant get you an answer or reach drivers. Smh- Do better. IF MY LUMBER SHOWS UP DAMAGED- I WILL BE SENDING IT BACK.

Push the button to get assistance stand there for 30 minutes to get no assistance then ask somebody to find someone and they can't even find anybody will not be returning anytime soon will just buy my stuff in Wichita from here on out
- DBDebra BarnsMar 8, 20265.0Kerby assisted me with loading heavy bags of mulch this morning. She was so helpful and patient. I had done very little shopping at Lowe’s previously. There is a Home Depot nearby that I have patronized but they never offer assistance and their male employees ignore requests for assistance. Today’s experience at Lowe’s was so positive that I will do my shopping there in the future. Kerby is an outstanding employee.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
