I went in last night about 15 minutes before closing with many items to return, I had a plan change with the flooring in the remodel of my kitchen.. anyways.. after the return I purchased a few beautiful plants (75%) off right now... I was the last customer out the door.. I proceeded to secure the plants in my SUV.. excited about getting them set up in the house... I forgot my wallet in the cart. I was sure I had it.. went shopping at Dillions when full panic set in at check out.. my ID, bank card, credit cards and cash gone.. I thought for sure it had to have been at Dillions.. I could not believe it when I happened to call Lowes the next day and they had it!! Cash and all nothing was touched.. AMEN That's why I will always be a faithful customer, and always happy to walk through those doors. Thank you so much!

Turns out they sell craftsman tools with a lifetime warranty but absolutely refuse to honor said warranty, even though the packaging is clearly labeled as having lifetime warranty. Home Depot is a far better experience locally

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
