    An incomplete installation was done but I didn’t notice for a few days. Since I didn’t buy the refrigerator with a Lowe’s card, I was told I had no assistance after 48 hours of possession. Calling management only turned out to be spinning my wheels. I couldn’t believe there was no way to contact the store manager like call back or leave a message because nobody knew when she would be back from vacation and she didn’t have a voicemail to leave a message. Spent a lot of money at Lowe’s over the years and at no point was I told I could only get help with problems of I had used a Lowe’s card. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Even if that means a much longer drive to another store.

    Ordered blow in insulation and rented the machine to do weeks in advance. Was confirmed that everything was ready for pick up to be informed there was no machine. We waited a week for them to get it sorted (all while a customer is waiting for insulation in their house) for them to get a machine as we had ordered it and they confirmed they had one before we drove out of our way to get it. Once we arrived they informed us they only had a broke down machine and that the other one has not been returned for over two weeks.They said they would have one by Tuesday, when we followed up they said someone was suppose to get one. No one ever went to get it from another store, informed us they would call when they get it in. Never did so we again 12/13 followed up and asked as this costumer has been waiting weeks, they informed us they got it Thursday 12/11 but never called us so they sent it back to another store already. Claiming it has been three days.

    They never delivered my dryer when they were supposed to. Had to pick it up and install it as well as haul away the old one when I paid to have this done. They only gave a partial refund on the haul away. Online store said it was the physical stores fault. Store said it was online's fault. Only recourse i was given was 10%off another dryer if I didn't want to wait for the one I wanted (i waited). Love the dryer. I dont blame the store because I bought it online. Lowes just doesn't communicate internally very well and the customer is the one stuck in the middle either waiting or having to compromise on what they paid for. Btw, I ordered this 2 weeks in advance of my delivery date when online said they had 42 in stock. I still dont know why my dryer was not delivered on time.

    I love this store. It carries everything I need to maintain my home inside and out. I can not say enough about the ladies that work the closing shift either.. kind, patient, understanding and most of all HONEST! I went in last night about 15 minutes before closing with many items to return, I had a plan change with the flooring in the remodel of my kitchen.. anyways.. after the return I purchased a few beautiful plants (75%) off right now... I was the last customer out the door.. I proceeded to secure the plants in my SUV.. excited about getting them set up in the house... I forgot my wallet in the cart. I was sure I had it.. went shopping at Dillions when full panic set in at check out.. my ID, bank card, credit cards and cash gone.. I thought for sure it had to have been at Dillions.. I could not believe it when I happened to call Lowes the next day and they had it!! Cash and all nothing was touched.. AMEN That's why I will always be a faithful customer, and always happy to walk through those doors. Thank you so much!
