  I recommend Vortex Air Duct Cleaning! They were very easy to schedule, and they can give you an estimate over the phone based on how many ducts are in the house! Bryson and Rocky showed up on time, were very patient with our questions, and they did a great job cleaning out our HVAC ductwork! They also did a good job cleaning up whatever messes the cleaning process created.

  UPDATE: I was reached out to from Vortex to try to resolve these issues. I was able to share some valuable feedback about my experience to help future customers. While nothing can be done to resolve the frustrations we had that simply just compounded, I am happy with my experience with Natalie and her willingness to do what it takes to leave us as a satisfied customer. Overall not thrilled with the attention to detail given the cost, so still leaving off one star, but I think they are prioritizing making this improvement in the future. I hired Vortex from a slew of positive feedback I had heard and read plus had also heard they are locally owned. The quote was higher than I expected but I proceeded simply based on how highly they were recommended. I was overall just disappointed in their attention to detail. There were some vents missed and I was told they were done but they clearly weren’t touched. After I inspected the vents and I clearly saw that the vent I was worried about wasn't touched so I asked again. They then shared that they actually did miss it so that immediately got my guard up and raised concern that there may have been other things missed. And didn’t like that I had to go inspect to actual know if they were being truthful. They were good about showing before and after pictures but with my trust already broken a bit my mind immediately went to questioning if those photos were my actual vents. When you pay $1000+ for a service you hope that the work is done correctly and done well so I was going around inspecting and not thrilled with what I saw. Another small detail was that they weren’t wearing shoe covers while working in our light colored carpeted basement. There was a considerable amount of debris left outside after we added on the dryer vent service. By the way that is an add on not included in the $1050 we were already paying. They discounted that add on but I’m glad I asked if it was done before they left because that was a main vent we needed done. We were told they would swap out our air filter and that also didn’t happen. Overall I just feel like our biggest disappointment was the lack of attention to detail and then the price just seemed very high. Natalie who I spoke to on the phone was very kind and professional and quick to respond but the team who did the actual work I wasn’t as satisfied with.

  Gavin and the Vortex team were great to work with! They worked with me on a quick turnaround time which I appreciated. Gavin was very communicative and explained his processes to me with friendliness and patience. He cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and took great care of our new home! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to support local for air duct and dryer vent cleaning at fair pricing!

  Shawn was one of the most handsome and knowledgeable tech i have ever had in my home. Shawn and his coworker were on time very personable and helpful. They checked for mold in my system and recommended a UV light for cleaner air in the system. Which I did install and Love the fresh clean air in my house. I would recommend Shawn and VORTEX to all my friends and family.

  4/13/26 we had our duct and dryer vent cleaned out. We had 5 returns and 18 vents cleaned out. The crew that came out were pleasant. When the job was done quality of air flow through out the house was apparent. Their website shows that the camera is showing the work being done. However, we were told we would have before and after pictures of the work done. End of job we were shown about 10 pictures of vents before and about 5 pictures of after. The tech told us he forgot to take the pictures. That was an unexpected disappointment. We were also told we would receive an invoice along with the few pictures that were taken. We are still waiting on the invoice and pictures.
