If I could leave zero stars I would! We spent a ton of money with Lowe's in Derby with an online order for a full house remodel we are doing. Long story short, items were never delivered on time with numerous excuses of why things couldn't be delivered ( box truck vs flatbed, "we dont deliver in that area on that day", a couple items were left with boxes open-luckily no damages, items showing in their system as not delivered but we had them-and items showing delivered but never received. Add insult to injury a flat bed showed up finally with only my 2x4's but nothing of the rest of my order- same fullfilment location story is the reason I got. I called NUMEROUS time to both the Derby Lowes and NW Lowe's since I was told the Derby Lowe's was having the NW lowes fullfill the order. I was told managers would be calling back within the hour due to being on lunch/other reasons but those calls NEVER came. They delivered items that were the wrong size-and we had to go in person to exchange them even though we paid deliver fees for them to do that correctly. I ended up going in person to try and just pick up the remaining items as it was holding up progress. They allowed me to pick them up from the NW Lowe's only after I was at another location and told they couldn't because they were not the ones fulfilling the order-so I had to drive further to get my remaining items. To add insult to injury, I was told that I had to accept delivery before I could get any kind of discount for all the delays, incorrect items, lack of-ZERO communication and troubles. The lady calls me from their appeasement team, had a short call about what happened and she called me back saying that even though I spent about 10k in product the best they could do was a $60 Lowe's gift card-thus forcing me to use their store again after everything. There is much more but this is the jist of it.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENECE
I've attached a few photos of busted boxes for the tub and cracked wood they delivered. These pictures do not depict the full picture of what we experienced.

I walked into Lowe’s fully prepared for the usual experience: wandering the aisles like a confused extra in a home improvement documentary, slowly accepting that help is more of a concept than a service. Instead, I found Doug.
Doug spent a solid 20 to 30 minutes helping me track down a ridiculous assortment of small irrigation parts, the kind of items that all look identical until you realize they absolutely are not. He didn’t rush, didn’t sigh, didn’t give me the “aisle 17, good luck” treatment. Just steady, patient help like it was a perfectly reasonable way to spend part of his day.
He’s an older guy with white hair, the kind of person who looks like he actually knows how things work because he probably does. Friendly in a way that feels genuine, not rehearsed. The real test came a week later when I saw him again, and somehow he was just as upbeat, like helping customers wasn’t slowly draining his will to live.
In a place where finding assistance can feel like spotting wildlife, Doug is a rare and welcome sight. He turned what should have been a mildly frustrating errand into something almost pleasant, which feels suspiciously like good customer service.
Lowe’s could use about ten more Dougs. Until then, I’ll take my chances and hope he’s on shift.

If I could give a zero I would. Communication, service and overall attitude from this store is horrible. Wait times on hold exceeded 30 minutes, delivery times were not honored. Do not recommended this store or any services supplied or suggested. Menards or Home Depot is a better option.

I went to Lowe's to search for some nuts. I was having trouble finding them as there is a vast display of them. Even though several people observed me looking, none of them bothered to help and when I finally went to ask somebody if they can get someone that could assist me they said yes but no one ever showed up to help me. I will not shop at Lowe's anymore.it Is unbelievably hard to get help and when you push on a help button it doesn't even work properly. Next time I'll just go to Ace hardware where they'll be more than happy to assist me in finding the correct nut for my bolt. Terrible customer service

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
