Called to ask a quick question and the person who answered the phone immediately said hold please,was on hold for 15 minutes,hung up and drove 10 miles to home depot, called Lowes back and asked for a manager,lady picked up,didn't announce that she was a mgr. Had to ask her if she was a mgr. I told her my complaint and she said oh ok!Horrible response! Didn't have a better response until I said I would call corporate with my complaint! You would think with all the awful reviews about customer service there would be an improvement but NO, The home Depot I went too had great customer service and I got everything I needed, will never go to a Lowe's again!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Lowe’s and it is with their assistant manager, Brandi on her power trip. Was extremely rude and disrespectful in front of my 12-year-old daughter. She said I was fraudulently charging $25 worth of Christmas lights to my own personal business account!! I showed her five different forms of identification, and she said she wasn’t doing it because she didn’t want to!! My daughter even said this is what’s wrong with the world-sad.

I walked around the store, found a girl worker literally sounded bothered when I was in appliance section asking where to find a 4 prong dryer cord…it’s in electrical FYI…
2 young men asked me if I needed help but neither one actually helped or knew anything. The one kid took me to PLUMBING!! The other kid was more concerned as to what time it was.
I finally saw a button & Doug came to my rescue.
Now that I have what I need, I’ll check out now.

I have been in a lot of Lowe's stores... (includimg this location) I have never seen any of them in such a sorry state. Every single cart of every single size was in the parking lot. LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ONE
Trash and debris in every isle. Broken pieces of pallets, plastic wrap, paper.... TRASH. Merchandise spilled over into the isles, fort lifts parked at angles taking up 90 percent of the isle. Employees just standing around. No e of the pipe fittings were in the right location, everything was mixed up.
Looks like Kmart had a going out of business sale on black friday. And the employees went on strike 5 minutes before the sale started.
This Lowes has a discipline problem. Or no quality management.
Sad sad sad.
