Had an unnecessarily aggressive experience with Cody at customer service as he told me over 3 times he’s having a bad day and isn’t able to help me as he sat behind the customer service desk throwing merchandise around. I guess me entering the store was preventing him from receiving a break and he let me know it. At one point Red came to help him and he stood in front of me making rude comments below his breath. When I asked him to repeat himself he wouldn’t and seemed confrontational when I explained there are other jobs out there after he mentioned how much he hates this one. I finally asked for a piece of paper/pen to write down items numbers since he was struggling with the computer. I’m not sure if this man is mentally ill, mentally challenged, or intoxicated but this IS NOT the person lowes should have handling customer service. Every time I have to return/exchange something the store is “understaffed” or management isn’t available to help. Some employees either seem unwilling to help or just don’t have the credentials to properly help customers.

Usually love this Lowes as it's local to me, but tonight changed that. The older lady with the red hair and glasses (manning the paint department at the time) gave me an absolutely disgusting attitude after asking for assistance grabbing an item from an enclosed display. Will avoid this place in the future, nobody wants to feel like a burden when simply trying to shop.

So Lowe's is the only major hardware store that carries KRYLON spray paint cans, they are not available at the Home Depot. Which surprised me until I dug into it a bit and did a bit more research in that krylon is a strategic partner with Lowe's so that's why you'll find it there I guess they get the shelf space that they didn't get at the Home Depot. I also went there to buy an 80-in bandsaw blade for my old Sears bandsaw The selection left a lot to be desired I had one option in half inch and one option in quarter inch, luckily I needed the half inch and it was Bosch brand so all good. as a side note and we could not find an employee to help us find them in the first place but that's par for the course at these big hardware stores, always think it's funny that all the employees come out after you found what you need and then they ask you if you need help but when you actually need help you can't find anyone it's just a universal truth I'm not putting lowes down for it, it happens in a lot of big stores can't find anyone can't find anyone find what you need finally and then they all pop out of the woodwork how does that happen LOL🤠

I had a really disappointing experience with customer service. I called to check on the delivery of my new washer, originally scheduled for December 9, 2025, only to discover it had been rescheduled to the 15th without any notification. I decided to pick it up myself, but I ended up waiting over an hour for someone to bring out my washer and load it. It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. When I voiced my frustration about the long wait, especially since others who came after me were served first, I was met with indifference. If you're in customer service, I urge you to do better than dismissing your customers and making negative comments about them.

Horrible customer service. I ordered an appliance on the 1st and was led to believe that it would be a two day delivery. I got the notification that it would be delivered on the 8th. Then, they rescheduled the delivery for the 19th. I was told that the truck for the 8th was full, so they rescheduled to the next available delivery. I called to speak to the store manager, but was directed to someone else (Brandi) who was no help at all though she presented herself as the store manager, but later I found out that Shannon is the name of the store manager, not Brandi. I called corporate to see if they could help, but they couldn't change the date. Since I could not get a faster delivery, I wanted to pick it up myself but was told the only way I could do that was to cancel the order and reorder - even then I was told the soonest it would be ready for pickup is the 16th. Meanwhile, no stove to cook on... Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
