    Hardly has a landscape rock section. Maybe all their inventory is not out yet. What rock they did have....too high priced. Lawn and Garden staff huddled in the corner talking and laughing instead of customer service. The check out clerk was very pleasant and professional as you walked into the area. Went to Menards.

    Delivery guys were awesome, and I got lucky and my delivery time on my new washer & dryer was from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm and they were here at 1:15 pm

    HORRIBLE customer service Spent a whole hour on hold for a refund, ended up calling back because I think the call had messed up, spent almost another 20 on hold just for them to tell me they couldn’t do a refund back to our card because we also paid with cash and that’s all that showed on their end. They were snappy the entire time on both calls the bit of time I WAS actually speaking with someone. I literally just wanted my $20 back because they couldn’t install something that we paid an install fee for. We ended up having to pay a private gas guy to do the install for $100. I literally just wanted a bit of reimbursement for the issues THEIR service caused. We used to be a big fan of this location but I don’t know if we will support them anymore after this experience. If you buy from them, just go ahead and plan to install yourself. It’s literally $20 but that was $20 we shouldn’t have had to spend.

    Very bad customer service never will I be shopping here or stepping a foot at this location or at any Lowe’s , the lady at the returns (“ I rather not say her name)was very rude towards me but when I saw her interaction with other customers her attitude changed when came to helping me possible racism going on here if your Hispanic think about twice to making a return 30 day policy does not work ones you open an item since stuff might be missing fyi.

    Delivery truck ran into my gutters. Have called the manager 4 times and keep getting put off. They say call back in a week if you haven't heard back. Then they say they escalated it to corporate but never hear back. It has been 6 weeks since the damage occurred. Each time it takes at least 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS STORE. Their follow up customer service is non existent.
