  I don't recommend doing their extra precision key makers -at least not for house keys. The extra precision flattened out the house key and made it hard to turn in the lock. However! If you just get the normal key cut, the key comes out very well and it saved me from needing to borrow my husband's keys. Their return process is very simple too, so I was able to start the return on the bad key with a few buttons and get a new key.

  I have made several keys on two different occasions at the KeyMe kiosk inside the Wal-Mart store in Derby, Kansas, and all of the keys that I made have worked BETTER than my original key. The kiosk tells you to make sure that you press the original key in the machine ALL THE WAY, and that’s what I did. I think the other people that wrote negative reviews about their keys not working probably didn’t push their original key in tight (ALL THE WAY) into the machine. - just my guess…. Because I’ve never had any problems with the keys that I’ve made there, but I made sure that I pressed the keys in hard. I don’t like the price of the keys, but it is understandable do the cost because it is an immediate return getting a new key. So, you’re paying for what you get. It’s a very good quality key that works very well (for me…better than my original key), and you get the key right away. So, it’s worth the price for me…. I would recommend more options in designs though…just a thought for the company. The Chiefs keys was the only NFL team key to choose from. Which they’re okay, but Greenbay all the way!!! :). I know that’ll stir some people up…. Haha!

  I had some house keys made the other, it was easy and painless, the keys worked fine when I use them the first time. Not a bad way to do Keys pretty good.
