- CGClifford GravesJul 31, 20251.0I rented a unit. The unit was not even with the ground, so she offered me another unit. I was charged for both units. I didn’t notice for several months, and then complained. She realized what happened, but delayed giving me a refund. She kept saying that she had to get it approved with the owner, who was out of the country. When the owner got back, she never contacted me. I moved out, and I’ve put a claim in with my credit card company. If this fails, I will file a small claims.
