husband got a pickup order for lumber, and I picked it up for him. Don't know much about these types of these but I'm open to learning! Athan helped me bring it all to my car and walked me through it. Excellent customer service just what I needed really made my day. He deserves a raise, promotion, everything! I came in expecting to be confused and worried. Came out with a smile. 😁🤩

Purchased many gallons of paint at Lowe’s. Had a gallon of Valspar Reserve that went on blotchy. My wife tried to return it, but because I purchased on my card, she couldn’t return it. The person helping said to just return with the correct card and it would be no problem. I returned with the correct card , but it was a problem. Manager told me to take it up with Valspar. It’s not a Lowe’s problem, but rather it’s my problem. Was so direct, it was as though I was stealing from them. I returned one in open gallon of paint and will now shop elsewhere. My only disappointment is that I’ve already installed the $4000 of flooring or I would have returned it too. I encourage those that want to be able to return a defective product to know ahead of time that you should have shopped at another store.
Lowe's UPDATE: Lowe's replied and asked that I call them and provided their phone number in attempt to "earn back their trust". I did so. When I called and indicated that I was responding to their Google Review reply (after I got past their AI BOT), the person did not know what a Google Review was nor how to assist.... Thanks for now wasting my time again.

I’m trying to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Clint who works in this area, at this location helped me a TON. I had no idea what mower would be best and he showed me the best qualities in this mower and what would help specifically with my yard. I bought my new mower (EGO) from Lowe’s in whitestown a couple weeks ago. Just used to it for the first time today and it’s incredible! We have a hill in the backyard and the self-propelled helped a ton with it, just like Clint recommended. Really thankful for Clint’s help as the lawn looks fantastic after I mowed it. 10/10.

We needed help picking out several items and also needed to return a faulty product. Karl was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He walked us through every option, so we felt completely confident in our purchases. What really blew us away was how he multitasked so effortlessly—he helped us while simultaneously assisting other customers without ever making anyone feel rushed or ignored. On top of that, he suggested the MyLowe’s Rewards Credit Card and helped us save $100 on our order in the most helpful, non-pushy way possible. As a retired dentist who managed several employees for 35+ years, I know a truly superior, irreplaceable team member when I see one. Karl is exactly that. Lowe’s is lucky to have him!
