    Lowe's must be in a hurry to deploy AI. Their AI auto-attendant is a great example of putting technology in front of the customer before it is "ready for prime time". In a word, it "sucks". It appears Lowe's is more interested in being able to claim that they are using AI as opposed to using AI well. My recommendation, go into the store instead of wasting your time trying to get information over the phone.

    The last couple times I’ve been here - I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Jeanne at the front counter. She is an absolute delight to be around. Such a kind woman & is very personable! Lowe’s - This woman is an asset to your team and is 3/3 on treating me above & beyond my expectations of any store employee.

    Lady with long straight brown hair tied in a low ponytail.... tried to touch me today to see what my clothing said. Inappropriate, unnecessary and weird. Right by my left breast is where she reached towards until I quickly backed away.... she was at the customer service desk and walked away from it to do so

    Normally I have excellent service at this store, but Shauna at the returns desk was abrasive and defensive when I asked simple questions. She also took my phone and was touching and holding it without my consent. This was especially frustrating because she had a snot tissue she kept wiping her nose with in the other hand. There were two people in front of me and I noted she wasn't especially warm to either of them before waiting on me. She needs to be trained on customer service, but also would benefit from the reminder that being rude or snappy is not a talent, rather we are all quite capable. She resisted calling over a manager when I made the suggestion when she clearly could not figure out how to do something. She took the time to then sarcastically explain to me the steps she had taken and then called over a manager. She wasted so much time in addition to the attitude, sarcasm, and germs. When the manager finally made it over, he helped me, but was withdrawn and clearly not enthusiastic to be at work. Thankfully, a younger employee, Teagan, was friendly. He stepped in and helped me find what I needed, plus suggested an additional product to help with my project. I plan to avoid Shauna in any future visits to Lowe's. Teagan should be promoted because he embodies what Lowes wants in their employees - care, concern, and increased revenue.

    I tried returning a $5 strand of lights after Christmas that weren’t used and didn’t know about the policy of no returns after the holiday. I have no problem with that and understand why they do it. The only issue I had was when I asked the manager when this policy began he sarcastically replied “uhhh 7 years ago” and walked off. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
