I wanted to give some much-deserved praise to Bob (in hardware), after he went above and beyond helping me find a replacement door handle. Not only was he kind enough to indulge me by listening to my story about why all women deserve a bathroom door handle (😆), he offered swift recommendation as far as either finding a replacement screw that has broken, or the closest match for an entirely different handle kit.
He was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed, was obviously knowledgeable on the best options available to me, and more than anything was just sincerely kind.
I also made sure to thank him for his military service, as he donned a “proud veteran” badge.
Bob (in hardware) is exactly the kind of human we need more of these days. Please be sure to appreciate his hard work.

I quite literally have never received better customer service from anyone in my life than from Chris in flooring. He stayed late to help me, was informative, kind, helpful and guided me in the right direction.
