- TDTad Dougherty1 day ago1.0When they mess up, they have absolutely no integrity. They don’t want to make things right and earn business. They turned my water on to perform a test and didn’t tell me that they had left it on and didn’t tell me or offer me winterization. I didn’t use the system entire season. I assumed it was returned to its original off state. It was a surprise when I heard water running in early spring. When I confronted them in early Spring they said it wasn’t their fault and went on to say that since I hadn’t been a customer for very long that there was nothing they could do. Customer service was predicated on length of service apparently. I fixed it myself for $200. EDWARDS IRRIGATION has always done a great job, I don’t know why I deviated.
