  Very happy with the experience from A Step Above and the technician, Andrew. We had a refrigerator that stopped cooling. Drew was excellent in diagnosing the problem and giving us options (and wasn't pushy). He was on time for appointments and treated our home with respect. Although we ultimately decided to replace the refrigerator and not repair it, we appreciate the service we received and will definitely use the company again for future repairs. Thanks.

  This company will be my go-to for any appliance issues in the future. They got to me quick, diagnosed my two issues right the first time and got parts in very fast. Drew was awesome to work with and knew his stuff! The office was awesome too with scheduling and keeping me updated on everything. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely Amazing and Reasonably Priced Appliance Service the definitely was “A Step Above!” Technician Tim Beasley was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional! I was very impressed that they scheduled service the next morning after I called about getting an appointment and Tim arrived on time and fixed persistent issues with my refrigerator in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this local appliance service business and outstanding technician Tim Beasley!
