- RBRick Bradley5 days ago1.0My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer and spent the last three days trying to have these items delivered to our home. Let me also add how annoying trying to get a warm breathing human to answer our phone calls instead of the annoying AI robot that was absolutely useless. My wife and I spent three days home waiting for this delivery that was scheduled from 8 am to 8 pm that never happened because of incompetence. The last attempt to get these items delivered was promised today with a guaranteed delivery between 8 am and 12 noon. But once again, Lowe’s couldn’t get it done. When we called the store, we were informed that our appliances were never even loaded on the delivery truck. So we canceled our purchase and took our business to Menards.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
