Bought Christmas lights after Christmas. Didn't see any signage that said all sales are final. Attempted to return it at another store packaged and with a receipt less than 10 days later. Nope. The computer at self checkout or a cashier should prompt customers at the point of purchase if they are going to be stuck with items. Return policies should be at every register.

Placed an order for delivery on Lowe's app. Delivery never showed. Upon calling the store they told me too bad that it was Door Dash's problem. They refused to refund my order and told me to contact the driver. What driver? Its not like I have their name or number. Disappointed. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company since I was refused a refund for items I didn't receive.
