I have been a customer for over 30 years of this store , first as Burkes and now as Russo. There is no doubt the new store is beautiful. well stocked with many choices. All great equipment from snow blowers to mowers, etc.. A positive change for sure BUT thats where , in my opinion, it stops. After 19 years ny Ariens snow blower needed replacement and I purchased a $2000 blower from Russo. They didn't have it in stock but said four were due to arrive soon so I placed money down and a new blower was delivered within a week. The first time I touched the chute control the whole mechanism fell apart. Russo had to return to my home and pick the unit back up to repair it. Obviously, their checks on quality of service wasn't there. They did fix the issue and returned it a fews days later. I also sent my Gravley Zero turn mower to them right after Thanksgiving and when I was in the store paying for my snowblower I noticed dozens of mowers outside covered in snow waiting to be serviced. Because of our early snow, "year end" service on mowers were placed on the back burner to accommodate the demand for snow blowers. Understandable, but why couldn't they find under roof storage for these mowers! When I asked if mine was one of those outside they stated they didn't know and that some were moved under roof to a pole barn of an employee. I finally got back my Zero turn the first week of January at a cost of almost $800.00. The hydro system was due for service so I expected a higher cost than normal but not that high. When question I learned the labor cost is now $145 per hour which is probably stated on their web site. My mistake for not looking. I find it outrages they charged me $80 for pickup/delivery and then $20 for shop supplies, REALLY! If you are looking for a salesman like the prior owner who knew what he was talking about , this isn't the place. Not that I experienced anyway. If you know your equipment and perform the service yourself look at what they have to offer. Hey Dave, we miss you buddy.

Ruins your equipment and then won’t fix the problem at hand. If I could give a zero star I would. Terrible business, practices and management

Incredibly rude person answering phones shows lack of interest in customer service, blames co workers for being loud and not being able to hear customers and told me they didn't have part I was looking for called next day someone different said they had two in stock for a while. Avoid the dishonest and preferential treatment
