- DLDawn Laszewski5 days ago1.0Purchased a Samsung appliance package in May of 2025. Control panel went out on the gas range. Called Lowe’s for help with repairing it. They do not repair Samsung appliances and had me call Samsung direct. Could not speak with anyone who could understand me, nor could I understand them. The range is under warranty. 5 weeks have gone by and I have not gotten anywhere with getting it fixed. I still cannot use my oven. Think twice before purchasing appliances from Lowe’s or Samsung!

- LOLoki OdinsonApr 1, 20261.0Your delivery people broke both my brand new washer and my brand new dryer. The washer makes a grinding sawing sound and the dryer leaks water. When I called the Terre Haute, Indiana Lowe's today (4/1/2026) asking for exchanges two different associates first tried to tell me that only a GE service call could help me. The customer service manager then told me the same thing. He told me the order was two weeks old and that was why. I asked him where he was getting that number from and he told me the 23rd of March, which was the purchase date, "so it wasn't within 48 hours", is what he said. Then I explained that the delivery was on 3/30. He got short with me and sounded like he didn't like hearing that, maybe because I was correcting his error. 3/30 was the delivery date. My phone call to Lowe's was on 4/1, which is within 48 hours! What should have been a smooth customer service phone call to swap out broken appliances was the complete opposite. I will never be buying any appliances from Lowe's again and will be telling my friends and family to do the same.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
