I bought a refriderator and it broke in the first month. Payed 150 dollars for a lowes protection plan just to be told its my responsibility to call the manufacturer and get a replacement arranged!!! Bought a 700 dollar Bosch 12 inch chop saw and it was broken in transport to lowes. Took it in and the store said they have 20 on hand and I drove all the way there to return it to be told they have none and I drove a hour for no reason and then rhey return the one I brought and refunded me so I cant get a replacement coming until it refunds to my account. This place is a JOKE. The website is never up to date with items needed I spend over 2 grand and got all junk. I will not waste my time here again.
UPDATE:
I called this number and was shipped to a half dozen automated systems, finally talked to someone to be told "well you are to call the manufacturer yourself " uhhh no duh. I paid 200 dollars for a protection plan so I could call and handle everything myself just like I said. I dont know why I even called i should have known answering the response was as much of a wast of time as Lowe's is in general. I wish I could give less than 1 star because Lowes you are garbage

We needed some paint (I've never bought paint before). Tanner was great at explaining the selection and mixing process. He efficiently mixed the colors as asked and was extremely courteous to my party as well as others who were in the paint department. Extremely helpful. Even mentioned ways to make sure I could get the same paint color if I needed to come back for more.
I picked up a number of other paint supplies at competitive prices as well as a bathroom light fixture. The checkout staff was also great when it came to paying with an online gift card.
Great experience. First time at the Lowe's in Terre Haute.

I ordered doors from Lowe's to be installed. Paid for everything on Sept. 16. As of Dec. 5 I had heard nothing. Went to Lowe's on Dec 5 to get my money back. They said I never paid for installation. Really?!! $2500 for 3 storm doors and that didn't include installation?!! Most of the staff was very helpful and trying to make sense of the situation, but Heath was dismissive and rude. I will NEVER deal with Lowe's again and neither will my family. I had several other big projects planned for the upcoming year but you can bet I'll be going elsewhere!!
