She told me that the parts weren't covered under bissell for warranty and wanted to charge me but when I called bissell, they said I shouldn't be charged and it is covered under warranty. Tracy however refused to believe what bissell told me and get very rude and said she would call bissell and basically keep me from getting my parts under warranty for spite. Very unprofessional. Never go there. I think she is trying to pull a fast one on people to pay more than a warranty would pay them.
