- RRRobMar 22, 20261.0Everything was fine in the beginning, and Tim was professional and helpful when it came to unloading the couches I had previously been renting and was now returning. However, the situation took a turn during the return process. While I was outside, my girlfriend overheard an older employee say, “Make sure to rip off the dust covers—I don’t like him nor trust him,” which was completely uncalled for. There was no reason for that kind of comment, and it made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I didn’t have any issues on my end and was simply returning the furniture as expected. It’s disappointing because the service started off well, but that interaction left a really negative impression.

- MMMsMattie MaloneMar 5, 20261.0This is the worst place to rent from I have experienced two different situations with them my aunt rented from them I got a bed and a refrigerator and they wouldn’t take it back due to some unexpected circumstances and so we kept it, but they didn’t find us or try to take us a small claims but then in other incident when my husband skipped a couple payments because he was laid off from his job, they threatened to take him too small claims, I feel like if you’re going to take someone for small claims for one incident you need to take them for another two not just for electronics they pick and choose who they want to take a small claims and that is not fair arrond is the worst place to rent from I do not recommend

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
