The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about rainbow products and this made me feel comfortable having this "investment" taken care of there. Service was quick and my unit runs like new ( 14 years old). They will have my business going forward for sure!

I wish I could negative stars. I’m not sure why only most positive reviews appear here, because my experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, openly mocking customers — especially foreigners, children, or women. The front desk employee wearing black appeared to have serious anger-management issues. He even “apologized” while admitting he had been laughing at me, and then continued involving other people in the store to mock me further. Beyond the unprofessional behavior, there were also concerns about being overcharged. If you expect fair treatment, basic respect, and want to avoid discrimination and harassment, I strongly recommend staying away from this place.
